We offer our patrons a warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase for Kmsz products. Should you find your product developing a problem within 30 days of purchase, do email us and along with photos.
Kmsz products go through a mandatory quality control inspection to maintain the highest International standards. We use high quality fittings, zippers and linings. Our Leathers are sourced from REACH certified tanneries and factories around the world.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You may arrange to return the product to our warehouse.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
